Как сообщает итальянский телеканал Sky Sport Italia, соглашение с армейским клубом 55-летний бразилец, до недавнего времени возглавлявший узбекский "Бунедкор", подпишет сегодня, 9 января.
- Я лечу в Москву, чтобы подписать контракт с ЦСКА, - рассказал Зико. – В настоящее время у моей новой команды межсезонье. Скоро мы улетаем в Израиль. В клубе многие не хотят туда лететь из-за конфликта в Секторе Газа, но у нас есть обязательства перед принимающей стороной, поэтому мы туда несмотря ни на что полетим.
Зико начал тренерскую карьеру в 1999 году в японском клубе "Касима Антлерс". С августа 2002 по июнь 2006 года возглавлял сборную Японии, которую вывел в финальную часть ЧМ-2006 и привел к победе Кубке Азии-2004. С июля 2006 года по июнь 2008 года Зико работал в турецком "Фенербахче", с которым выиграл чемпионат-2006/07, победил в Суперкубке Турции-2007 и добился лучшего в истории этой страны результата в Лиге чемпионов – вышел в четвертьфинал в розыгрыше-2007/08. После ухода из "Фенербахче" Зико принял узбекский "Бунедкор", с которым в нынешнем году выиграл чемпионат и Кубок Узбекистана, а также дошел до полуфинала азиатской Лиги чемпионов. В качестве игрока он с 1976 по 1989 год провел 94 матча за сборную Бразилии и забил 68 голов.
